It all started with the construction of Hochkar Alpine Road in 1962, the village of Göstling was now easily accessible for ski tourists. Since then, Hochkar has become a popular destination in winter and in summer.
Hochkar Bergbahnen transports a total of 170,000 passengers per year. Hochkar in summer became even more attractive with the opening of 360°Skytour in 2015.
