This challenging hike starts at Frauenkar top station and is only suitable for experienced hikers. The Via Ferrata is equipped with fixed cables and stemples. We do recommend an additional safety rope.

There is an alternate trail to Warscheneck summit (2389 m) past the charming Brunnsteinersee Lake, Rote Wand Sattel and then along "Tote Mann". Previous Alpine hiking experience is recommended also for this trail.
